David Kiley is a veteran and award winning automotive industry journalist based in Ann Arbor Michigan. He has held senior editorial positions at USA Today, Businessweek, AOL/HuffingtonPost and Adweek, as well as written for Popular Mechanics, Automobile, Advertising Age, Automotive News and others. Frequently called upon for his expertise on the auto industry, Kiley has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, Fox, NPR and more. He is also the author of two books on the auto industry: Getting The Bugs Out: The Rise, Fall and Comeback of Volkswagen in America and Driven: Inside BMW, The Most Admired Car Company In The World. Kiley is also President Emeritus of the International Motor Press Association.
